Hosting cannot register to site ground

When i go to register i am getting this.

I tried to connect through sales chat still no answer.

I tried to call and wait for over 10 minutes. only a answering machine reply.

I am trying through a computer but connected with a hot spot.

I change the e-mail address i submitted and not it is okay..

I have another change now in site ground it say “Your domain is not pointing to this site”

I went to pokebun and i change the name server also as per the e-mail i got from site ground.

I am not clear what to do now

Did u update nameservers? If so it will work within 3-8 hours…

Yes, up-dated on y/day checked now also still that error coming
